Deer species as follows: Red, Wapati, Sika , Sambar, Rusa , Fallow, White-tailed. The main deer species we offer to hunt as part of your adventure here with us is Red and Fallow deer. These species are local to the area we operate within.

Hunting deer in New Zealand is a pleasure and can be enjoyed from the keen young hunter up to the experienced hunter. With all deer species in New Zealand, they have all been introduced at some point in the countries history. Because of this they are officially classed as pests, but are tolerated in manageable numbers.
